Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the services offered by Storage Space Dubai. They form a binding agreement between you and us.
1. Agreement to Terms
By booking a quote, signing a storage agreement or using any service provided by Storage Space Dubai, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Services Provided
We provide self-storage, climate-controlled storage, professional packing, moving and related logistics services within the UAE. Specific details for your booking, pricing, unit size, duration and access, are set out in your individual service agreement.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due in advance for the agreed storage period. Accepted methods include bank transfer, card and cash. Late payments may incur a fee and, after 30 days of non-payment, may result in restricted access to your stored items.
4. Prohibited Items
You may not store hazardous, illegal, perishable, flammable or live items. This includes weapons, narcotics, food, plants, animals, cash, jewellery, or any item prohibited by UAE law. We reserve the right to refuse or remove such items.
5. Insurance & Liability
Items in our facility are covered by our standard insurance policy up to the declared value. Customers are responsible for declaring the correct value of high-worth items at the time of booking. Our liability is limited to the terms of the active insurance policy.
6. Access to Stored Items
Customers may access their items during our published business hours with valid ID. Delivery back to your address can be arranged with advance notice and may incur transportation charges.
7. Cancellation & Refunds
Bookings cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup are fully refundable. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a service fee. Unused storage periods are refunded on a pro-rata basis after deducting any applicable charges.
8. Customer Responsibilities
You confirm that the items stored belong to you or that you have authority to store them, that the declared value is accurate, and that contact details on file are kept up to date.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dubai.
